Returns
Not happy with your items? Simply ship them back to the return address on your package within 30 days for a full refund. Please drop us a message at info@finaltenth.com with your return details.
Your items will be refunded within 5 working days of recieving the items.
Delivery estimates
We're a small business as such items are normally shipped within 2-3 days of the purchase date. Items typically ship on a Tuesday or Friday/Saturday.
From time to time we may have a backlog of orders, we will endeavour to post your items as quickly as possible.
UK postage
All items are sent via 1st Class Royal Mail postage within the UK. Larger orders may be via Parcelforce where applicable.
International postage
Items are sent via International airmail.
Sustainability
- We always aim to keep packaging to a minimum, we've selected some of the most efficient means of sending your items without compromising on their safety in transit.
- Wherever possible we aim to keep plastic usage to a minimum, and ensure our packaging is recycleable.
Why don't you post to Europe anymore?
As a small business the complexity of shipping to Europe and the costs involved have meant it's no longer sustainable to ship. We hope to review this in the future.
Will I have to pay any additional charges?
For parcels posted outside the UK, you may be liable to pay additional import costs & VAT which is variable by country. All our items are sent delivery duty unpaid (DDU)
